“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。
酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”

“Das Hotel hat wirklich eine gute Lage. Das Personal war nett.
Aber der Zustand der Zimmer ist wirklich schlecht. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und viel Abnutzung. Leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber. Über das Frühstück müssen wir erst gar nicht sprechen.
Einziger Pluspunkt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.”

“The restaurant was closed so we didn't get breakfast even though we had payed for it. If the hotel had warned us we could have found somewhere else to stay but they they didn't.”
