"Everything was beyond expectations. The hotel even reached out before our arrival. The female manager was the least friendly. The food was way overpriced for the quality. I would still give the hotel a great rating since there are other restaurants within walking distance."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that almond milk was available and that a frozen vegan meal could be purchased. It would be helpful to have more clearly labeled breakfast items for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. The staff tried to check ingredient information when asked, which I appreciated. There was some cross contamination since the potatoes and ham were served on the same heated plate. Adding vegan spreads or yogurt, and listing ingredients for bagels and bread, would make breakfast more inclusive."
