“It was such a memorable experience for our family of 5. Their staff were helpful and friendly. The dining experience was great and the room was exceptional and clean. They offer free shuttle to KLCC and Publica shopping malls. I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency KL. ”

“This property was beautiful. It is located in an area that may seem isolated, at first, but a ten minute walk up the hill will give you a place where you can shop and eat. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and playground. It’s is certainly family friendly. The host was very communicative. ”

“出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。”

“環境很好，員工有禮。只是早餐一般，記得帶梳及鬚刨(因為沒有提供)，其他如洗衣機及煮食工具都有了，很有家的感覺。 ”

“the place is quiet as the bar street and supermarket is five mins walk aside. the shuttle service is good for residence here. if a point i hope to improve is that for the single bed room, pls provide the cooking facility besides microwave. and China Unionpay is not acceppted and my citi credit card(mastercard) issued in china never work here as well.”

“The room that I stayed 7 - 15 got nice table but I couldn't find any available electric socket to use, the only two that I found are behind TV which for TV & Lamp usage, I hope I can use these two but the space behind TV not big enough for me to plug in. please improve !!!”

“Strategic location and easy access. Simple instructions for check in and check out. Room was very clean and neatly arranged. Basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge etc. Big bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.”

“不是酒店，只是一間民宿。床是ok的，我要求加床，但只提供薄軟地蓆(floor Mattress)而不是摺床(roll away bed)。我訂的房是Classic Apartment, 而只給我的房間是 Luxury Condo, 因我們三人都是成年人，一起在一間細房間睡眠就很不方便。Google map 顯示的位置很錯，使我們的司機也不知怎樣到達。網站上顯示的多張圖片有誤導。這只是一間度宿一宵的Apartment.”

“Surprisingly big unit and in a good location. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. Car park was very convenient. Quite well equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave etc. ”
