“Check-in was super simple. Kitchen seemed fully stocked with items for cooking (although we did not use any of it). We came to Dallas for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. This home was conveniently located to the venue. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but it did seem like several of the houses were being fixed up to beautify the neighborhood. We had no safety issues at all. We basically needed a place to shower and sleep, and this was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, if……

“The stay was a very nice experience, very responsive to any questions we had and even checked in on is to make sure we were comfortable and if help was needed from them in any way… house was nicely put together and very secured. “Ali's place was great! It was our first trip to Dallas. We needed a place near convention center for my daughter's volleyball tournament. This place was amazing. 5 minutes to the convention center. Beds were comfy and loved the rain shower in the bathroom. Everything was clean and pretty well stocked for kitchen. Being able to use the garage was especially nice! AC worked very well as it was extremely hot during our stay in Dallas. We will most likely be back next year again and will try to stay……

“This is a must stay for anyone going to this area. The communication with Amy was amazing and she alwasy responded very quickly with anything we need. The house was very clean and roomy for my family of 5. We will be a returning customer to this house. Everything worked flawlessly from the tv's and internet to the games for the kids. House is extremely comfy and relaxing. The neighborhood seemed for safe and convenient to downtown Dallas. Also has an attached parking garage to put your car in……

“It was ok, but we wish the description stated that all rooms are passthrough. We were also unlucky that on our last night the guests in the other half of the duplex were loud until 2am and since the walls are thin, we could not sleep half of the night.Location, safe parking at the back and affordability are the big pros.Hovewer on first night only 1 parking space was avialable, on the second night only 1 spot was taken.The rooms are pass-through. "The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
