“I wanted to start by sharing a quick story. On August 16th, 2025 I proposed to my now wife on the riverwalk near the WWII Monument. After we got engaged, we decided to come back to Savannah to get married at the Forsythe Park Fountain on June 23rd, 2026. On both occasions we stayed at the East Bay Inn and the staff, and everyone just made our visits the best you can get in Savannah. “The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”
