Our experience was not as expected. First of all it was confusing trying to get to our room. We had to guess the way after reaching the parking garage twice. We were given keys and verbally told our room number, we tried to unlock it and it was not the right room. We went further down the musty hall to the room number written in the key holder, again it flashed wrong room. When we made contact with the desk clerk we were verbally given a totally different room number. The internet service was horrible, no service. The landline did not work, only a busy tone when I plugged it in. After notifying the front desk no one bothered to check it. I had to ask for an iron and board and was given a board with barely any padding and an iron that was releasing the water from its reservoir and calcium from the hot surface. Had to request for another iron. Remote control was labeled in a foreign language and did not work, had to request batteries.
A six night stay and housekeeping did not deliver fresh towels or toilet tissue. Again I had to ask for these bare necessities. The beds were bouncy and not comfortable at all. The rooms are very old and not cleaned well. The hallway had flooding that we had to walk through to get to our room. This place was recommended to me but I will not recommend for anyone to stay there while they are on Guam for any amount of time. Definitely not worth the money paid. Management should reimburse us for all the inconveniences we had to deal with.
