“I was upgraded to a harbour view room in building one from a car park view - so that was very grateful. But I more looked at an overgrown tree that obscured any Harbour view. The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. “We arrived at our destination at check in time 3pmThe owners were still at the house it was disgusting. Tried to tell me we didn’t check in but had all the details on my phone, said her internet was playing up. Found the whole process a little disturbing.
