“I was in Townsville for a business trip. The room was very clean everything smelt fresh. The staff were so helpful and overall the view was amazing from the 13th floor. Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay over the long weekend. Definitely will stay again. ”

“I had an awesome stay at the Mercure Hotel in Townsville! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-organised. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. The pool area is a great bonus, ideal for unwinding, and the overall layout of the hotel...

“Great welcome from the host. The room was spacious and had everything you would need. Clean and inviting. Breakfast was great. From the balcony you could see the birds, wallabies and lots of other animals.
