“This property was perfect for our family of 4! Super clean, had everything we needed, quick and easy beach access, great pools - we will be back for sure!”

“I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they……

The only issue we had was the balcony door was difficult to shut and lock. Other than that it was perfect! We also LOVED the great Beachside Brew coffee shop located next door in the Phoenix 1 condos. ”

“The condo was nice but there was only one roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towel, no garbage bags, and no coffee filters. Also, after we checked out, we realized we left a part of our small ice chest and messaged the host about it, and offered to pay for shipping if they'd return it to us. They replied with a sarcastic message about us not appreciating our weekend and worrying about frugal matters. I thought that was very rude. ”
