“Die Lobby wirkt auf den ersten Blick einladend, aber das war’s dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer lassen in Sachen Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig und wirken insgesamt eher lieblos. Auch die Schalldämmung ist schlecht, man hört fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Essen erinnert eher an einen Imbissstand – das Frittierte gelingt zwar, aber alles, was frisch gekocht ist, schmeckt einfach nicht gut. Kartoffeln zu hart, fade Soßen, und insgesamt wirkt das Buffet ziemlich lieblos……

“Während des Aufenthalts ist unser Kuscheltier, das auf dem Bett lag, abhanden gekommen. Das Personal hat sich leider nicht wirklich dafür interessiert. Es wurde vermutet, dass unser Kuscheltier mit der Bettwäsche in der externen Wäscherei gelandet sein muss. Leider gab es hierzu auch Monate nach unserem Aufenthalt weder vom Hotel noch der Wäscherei eine Rückmeldung, und das obwohl wir uns sogar direkt an die Wäscherei gewendet haben. Schade, da das Hotel ansonsten zu empfehlen ist. Am Ende……

“ Honestly everything was great once we got there but the service before? Was awful. AWFUL. I wanted to add a guest to my reservation and I could not get in contact with them. I travel a lot and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to reach out to the hotel 6 times. I called and they answered but once I said “Hello?”, They hung up on me immediately. I then got a friend who spoke Spanish and they continued the conversation. This happened 3 times and refused to……
