“This property is in a very good condition. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Beach front which makes it super convenient. The hotel is great I would have given it 5 starts but the only complaint I have is that you can hear all the drunk people screaming all night. I normally don’t care but it gets really REALLY LOUD. Being jet lagged it made it hard to sleep. Also the pool is small but the size of the hotel. Theres not enough daybeds . Most people just leave there towels and……

“L'hôtel est très bien situé, à max 100m pour prendre le bus et à 5/10 minutes à pieds de la partie festive de Magaluf. Il y a un parking juste de l'autre coté de la rue si on loue une voiture. Le personnel est très accueillant , peu importe l'heure d'arrivée. Le seul point négatif que nous avons eu : la table haute de la cuisine n'a jamais été nettoyée, elle était sale quand on est arrivé et les mêmes traces de saleté y était quand on est repartie, on ne l'a donc pas utilisé.”

“Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff……

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Marta, who helped us tremendously with bookings and planning our day trips; David, who gave us excellent recommendations; and Alex, who was always so kind and welcoming at breakfast. “Everything was a great experience from the service to the cleanliness of the room to the staff, except the air-conditioning needs work because for the entirety of time that we were in the room, it was set to 18° however, this was not the reality because it was always warmer than that, therefore, the air-conditioning needs improvement. Gracias”

“Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.”
