“I was originally going to leave 3 stars, but what happened on my last day made this experience unacceptable. At 6:50 a.m., I was woken up by a dog barking nonstop in the room directly next to ours. I recorded a video outside their door and called the front desk. I was told someone would come up to address it. Thirty minutes later, the dog was STILL barking and no one had come to check or resolve the issue. Being woken up that early was frustrating, but the lack of response from the hotel made it……

“Breakfast was the highlight of my stay! Staff had great ideas for hikes and beaches to visit. Loved the room. I will be looking for hyatt house every vacation i take.”

“Beautiful views for sure Check in process was terrible. The Host basically forgot about us. I believe the host should have been more focused on her job. No WiFi info. Two old towels in the entire studio. Bedding was very old and the pillows like pancakes. Do better”
