“Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Egal in welchem Bereich des Hotel, alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel entspricht, bzw. übersteigt seine Sterne Bewertung! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. Ich werde wieder kommen! ”

“Alles hat super funktioniert. Nach der Buchung hat das Hotel sofort die Kommunikation aktiv gesteuert. Unsere Ansprechpartner war der Guest Relationship Manager, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Er hat super Zimmer für uns organisiert und auch essen vorbestellt bevor wir abgereist sind. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet und immer wieder geholfen. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß!”

“Food was good with a wide variety , the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful always , room and house keeping was always on time and my sincere greetings to reception man Mohamed Radi who welcomingly hosted us during our stay.
My only negative point that the AC was working only on fan mode in winter although it was so hot for us inside the room”
