“The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. “DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising.
