“Everything was good”

“First room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the counter in the kitchen was delaminating. The next room had nicotine stains all over the ceiling above the bathtub. Also the bathtub drain was completely plugged, and the staff had no Drano to clear the clog. And the tub faucet was almost falling off, and didn’t turn off completely (drip, drip, drip into the standing water left in the tub). The TV had only cable — no streaming options (e.g., Netflix, HBO Max, etc.), so you couldn’t even log……

“Ich bin mittlerweile richtig verwöhnt! Die Sauberkeit und der Service übertreffen meine Erwartungen. Alles, was ich wünsche, wird vom Personal problemlos erfüllt. Ich werde langsam richtig verwöhnt und genieße es total. Die Lage ist außerdem supergünstig und die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen, wenn ich irgendwohin muss! Und die Gegend ist herrlich ruhig und friedlich!”

Booked vrbo room thru expedia, belvilla was host, was denied room when I arrived even though I followed all directions and presented voucher, building manager claimed all reservations for that building had been cancelled the morning of check in to accomodate a group that wanted to extend their stay. Contacted vrbo, who were unable to contact host. Can't get refund until billing posts on my key one account. Had to find another room at 10 at night. Emailed host with no……
