“Room 3 was really spacious, more like a suite with comfortable sofa and armchair and low table too. The many pictures on the wall were tasteful. The bath was particularly good!”

“Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. ”

“Very comfortable and well equipped, with a nice quiet location just a 5 minute walk to Malvern Priory and about 10 minutes to the woods and start of hill walks. I stayed for a week and thoroughly recommend this property. ”

“Had to change to a room with a shower only for disability reasons. Fire alarm close to 10pm didn't help because it was freezing cold outside in the meeting point in th parking lot. Not a fault of the hotel, but thermal blankets from the fire brigade would have been nice”
