Nice One Bedroom & One Bath Condominium located in the Scenic Meadow Area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 4 (approx. 800 Sq. Ft.). This spacious ground floor unit is all one level and there are a few outside stairs to enter the unit. Corner unit is bright with lots of windows to let the light in and has a good view. The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed (new mattress October 2016), the Living Room has 1 Queen Sofa Bed and 1 Twin Bed. There are 2 TV`s (Living Room is a large flat screen & Bedroom has a flat screen) as well as VCR, DVD, Stereo/CD players in the unit.  Wifi Internet Access in the unit. Pet Friendly. There is one outside parking space available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Seasonal Swimming Pool and Sauna.  Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office.  TOT LICENSE 807-0023

Fantastic lodging in a skier’s paradise
We drove down from Portland, Oregon to ski Mammoth Mountain, and had great snow and bluebird weather- a fantastic skiing experience! We then returned home just before a huge snow event occurred. The lodging was excellent in all respects- spacious for a one bedroom condominium, excellent amenities and well equipped, not to mention very clean and tidy. Also, perfect location- close but not within the center of town, and a direct route to the ski area. I would recommend this accommodation most highly, and without reservation!

Very clean condo. Comfortable and easy to access on the first floor. Kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed to cook. Comfortable beds, easy check in and parking right out in front of the unit. We had a great stay!

Great spot in Mammoth Lakes
Booked for three nights; traveled to Mammoth to participate in the Gran Fondo. Two of us and our fur baby, Scooter. The ground floor location was ideal because it meant Scooter did not have to climb any stairs. It is a great spot with views of the mountains and proximity to walking trail(s). The condo has a lot of character, with lots of old-world European flair. Being collectors of Swiss bells, we appreciated all of them hanging from the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything matched the listing description and the listing pics were accurate. The complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with the electronic lock. It took at least two tries to be successful (a little finicky and a little user error will do that). We will definitely consider staying there again. The Fondo is an annual trip for us and our experience was very good.

Close to Everything
We could walk to town and get to trails quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We could sit out one the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We were able to bring our little dog with us. The one thing we weren't very happy about is the grounds around the condo. They watered constantly and didn't pick up a dead rodent that was near the condo. Also, there was glass by the trash container that never got swept up. Other than that we were very pleased.
