"I found myself at the La Quinta downtown Constitutionally driven to be close to the State Capitol of Texas!! During the No Kings protests the alien protestors were protesting in peace!! That is a reflection of the Great State of Texas and our Beautiful State Constitution and Citizens!!! The La Quinta has a little dapper look however the amenities are A+. I was quite impressed with the breakfast the hotel has prepared every morning. The coffee is on point in the lobby all day long!! If you have business at the Capitol and the surrounding government buildings, considering you like to save a penny, the La Quinta location is the spot!! Enjoy your trip to Downtown Austin TX!! "Bathroom was seriously so dirty. Behind the toilet paper roll was disgusting. I had hair piled up beside the bed and when a pillow fell on the floor, after I picked it up it was covered in dust and hair. Staff was chill but I asked for room cleaning after a few days and it never came. Won’t be staying here again "

"Expansive breakfast, nice selection of condiments, the bed was older and uncomfortable, really loved the full kitchenette, and appreciated the ceiling fan. Even facing the Interstate, we didn’t hear the traffic. It was an easy & safe walk to shopping, bars and meals. Recommended & will stay again."

"Only issue was when we checked in the fri t desk did not tell us there was breakfast on the 14 th floor daily. Everything else was perfect "
