Was really clean everywhere. Good location, everything you need is close by.
The only issue was that the air conditioner was on an automatic setting and turned off every few hours which was uncomfortable during the night. We had to wake up multiple times to turn it back on so we were cool enough to sleep.
It was not a comfortable 4 nights stay at all in all perspectives!! We did not enjoy our trip to this beautiful city of Manchester because of this hotel!!
1/ a/c was not working at all ..!
2/ nois from street.
3/ very slow service from the cafe.. some time they ignore us!
4/ non cooperative reception .. not answering calls/ not welcoming/ not smiling.
5/ housekeeping .. not cleaning well at all!! Very poor service!
Definitely will not choose this hotel again..
Thanks to Mr Court and Nicole who were cooperativeo!
Decent location, only around a few minute walk to the nearest tram stop that had links to the Etihad Stadium.
Check in wasn't busy but the guy doing it was so slow! He also didn't give us any detailed information about the off-site carpark other than where it was (no info on the discount rate etc. and that we had to download an app first) also no real instructions on how the lift worked with your key card which meant we saw a few guests simply going up and down as people in the floors above called the lifts!
