“Room had everything you would need for a comfortable stay very clean comfortable bed tea coffee microwave very well appointed just a bit dated but was more than adequate for our needs.”

“Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. ”

“Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. ”

“From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. ”

“You get what you pay for. Basic, but relatively clean. Pink colouring in grout is early mould spores. Not sure why hotels are afftiad of bleach. ”

“The room was okay. The spa was a great feature. But the room needed a little clean up, The shower head was broken and spraying out the back of the head. ”

“We stayed here for only one night to break up a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Although the rooms decor isn't on trend, it is all still very functional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
