"There was a roach in the room. There was a heavy smell of pet order remover and pesticide. The tub was chipped and not appealing enough to take a bath and this location shouldn’t be on any travel site. When I said something about the conditions to the manager there was another couple checking was considering checking in. When they heard our conversation they left and I was told I would have to check out the next morning due to that situation. I would like y money back and they need to be taken off of your hotel travel list. "

"The mattress was extremely saggy in the middle and extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. The door between the room and the hall needs to be soundproofed. I could hear people out in the hallway talking loudly outside my room."
