“First I’ll say this I’m very hard to please when it comes to where my family and I lay our head. But our host Tanisha made our stay a pleasant experience. Tanisha is Quick w/responses to any of my questions. Condo is exactly as described in listing. Very well maintained condo. Lite Snacks provided as well as cups cutlery and plates. Everything works stove microwave refrigerator AC dishwasher etc. Loved the balcony with pool views and 4 lounge chairs. Check in/Out process was smooth and easy.……

“The Condominiums complex & unit could use some cosmetics work. This is our second year at this unit & the two couches have stains & need a steam cleaning along with the rugs. ”

“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. “This property is the perfect location! We were in town for the Houston Livestock show, my daughter was an exhibitor. 12 mins away from NRG!”

“The apartment was comfortable and perfect size for 2 people. The neighborhood was cute. Overall nice spot for a weekend trip. ”

“Property was easy to find. Excellent and quick response from owner. ”

“When you arrive you have to get out and go around the other side of your car and put the gate code in and then hurry back to your car to pull threw. Also there are no clear signs for parking. I called and they quickly explained. The entry way to the condo is very dirty but when you walk inside the condo it was very nice and clean! We really enjoyed our stay and i would definitely recommend this place. They should for peoples safety place a entrance box for the driver of the car to open the gate……

“This property had what we needed without paying for excess. Queen bed for the two of us, full bath, complete kitchen and eating area as well as lounging area. Host provided all necessities and some considerate treats. Especially enjoyed the pool right outside of our patio area. Pool area was very clean and well kept, highlight of our stay. We will book again.”
