"Best location if you want to walk & spend time on Pearl Street & has dining/bar options right onsite. Staff was friendly & check in/out was very easy & quick. The decor & historic preservation of the building makes it fun to stay at. Will definitely be coming back! "

"Room was large and check in was a breeze. The person at the front desk was very kind and even informed us that the bar was open until 10 and breakfast starts at 6. The cookies are always a nice touch. The only thing I would change would be the tv! Having a smart tv where you can connect to Netflix/streaming services would be a nice addition but it’s not a deal breaker. So far everything has been very nice and definitely worth the money spent! "

"The staff were very nice. You have to pay daily parking which surprised us. Embassy suites is attached and offers free breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast at Hilton but Embassy is more expensive so it’s a wash. Great stay overall. "

"Great customer service,the room service ladies were very friendly, and nice. Everyone always greeted us whenever we saw them. I only had one major thing that happened which was ants in our fiest hotel. I reportwd it to the front desk and they were very responsive,and addressed the situation right away,and got us moved to a different room. The head of housekeeping made sure we were okay,and let me know to tell her if we needed anything. Breakfast was cool cause it was different everyday. We really loved the pool because it was headed,and qe have a baby so I'm so glad it wasnt to cold for him.I would definitely recommend this hotel to family,and friends. Thank you."

"The staff was so friendly and everything was so clean and nice. The only thing i would suggest is have the correct amount of towels and washclothes per person. We only had one washcloth and two towels for 4 people. But i called and went to front desk and was given the washcloths and towels. Other then that everything was excellent "
