No green stagnant water here! 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a large, modern kitchen and huge sliding glass doors, leading out to a big balcony overlooking a gorgeous pool with swim beach and the pristine canal. Take in beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock, where you can enjoy feeding and viewing the abundant sea life in our clean and clear canal.

Fun, family friendly island home on upscale Duck Key. Walk or ride bikes to beautiful Hawks Cay Resort and Marina for restaurants and the best charter boat fishing in the Florida!

Bring your own boat and dock it at our 75' dock. Plenty of room for trailer and car parking!

Duck Key is a small, quiet island in the Middle Keys. It is the only key with free flowing canals, giving us some of the most pristine canal waters in the Keys.

Most traffic on Duck Key is foot, bike or golf cart.

Make sure to visit the dock frequently , our canal, which we affectionately call the World's Largest Aquarium, has fish and sea life which are particularly abundant and active. Throw any and all food scraps (NO TRASH) into the canal for the best viewing, slow, consistent and frequent feeding brings the best results during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property except owner’s storage. The main house is on the 2nd floor. One flight of stairs is required for access.

We have a part-time property caretaker who stays in a separate unit on the property, when she is on Duck Key. If she is on the island, please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
