“We have returned after having spent the last 2 nights at The Clarendon for my husbands 40th birthday, the communication was brilliant from start to finish, we loved our room (the goodwin suite) its a touch of luxury with a very reasonable price tag, the beach and pier view absolutely blew me away, after having lost my mum last week it was a welcome distraction as well as a celebration for my husband. We picked Deal so we could go fishing and having a view of the pier made The Clarendon a firm……

“When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready.
Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them.
When we did get into the room the large curved screen TV proved to be……
