Room was unclean with someone else’s clothes left in a drawer when we arrived. Staff was prompt and friendly when we asked them to clean room I specifically booked to use the pool and booked several months in advance . An email would have been nice of the pool closure. During out stay .

The entry area and hallways for the building where our room was located was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpets were extremely dirty. As well, the garbage cans right outside the entrance were overflowing.
