"It was such a nice clean place! They have everything on sight that you could possibly need! We really enjoyed the pool, pb&j bar, and the Elvis movies nightly! I do wish there were maybe popcorn for the movies! But over all it was a fantastic place! I also was super excited to know how close it really was to Graceland! It was a beautiful place! There were even some walking trails!"

"Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel and staff was great can’t speak on the breakfast as we checked out before it was available. The area was ok it felt safe enough for my wife and I, it is t the back of like a shopping center and the drive getting back to the hotel was a little rough so go slow. Overall was a good hotel will definitely stay again if needed"

"The question asked how clean was the property, the outside was well maintained , the lobby was clean, but the roon was very out dated and dirty. Website did not state shuttle times for airport drop off. My flight was at 5am, shuttle was from 430am to 11pm. Also website did not state there was a daily fee to leave your car there while gone."

"The valet staff went above and beyond, and the front desk staff (for the most part) were friendly. The rooms, while relatively nice and clean, the outer facilities and those parts of the hotel seen thru my hotel room and from the elevator, were in need of a deep cleaning. It was clear this hotel is one in transition and I would hope that it will improve positively. A particular recommendation is for there to be more lighting out front; when returning to the hotel at night it was not very well-lit nor was there proper hotel signage. But what it lacked in bells and whistles, it made up for in hotel staff attentiveness. Overall, a nice stay. "

"The lobby should have fresh water available all day. Many people walk the city and it would be nice to have fresh water in the lobby. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned better. There was no cold water in the shower. The hot water was so hot I couldn’t use it comfortably."
