“I booked this property based on the listing photos, which showed a clean, well-furnished space, but unfortunately, the reality was quite different. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the furniture was not the same as shown in the photos. What was pictured as modern and comfortable had been replaced with mismatched, worn-down pieces that made the space feel neglected. The lighting is not the same as the pictures, the bedroom closet doors were broken, and so was the garage door. The host……

“We had a lovely stay! The apartment is clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host communicated everything clearly and quickly, which made check-in and check-out super easy. And, the location of the apartment is great - so close to lots of restaurants and bakeries and Yale’s campus. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Pulled up at one in the morning. Trash everywhere, parking lot terrible. Windows open in winter, blinds broken in many apartments. Neighbor had both windows open and watching us. Emptied car cause did not want to leave anything in car. Bedroom doors all lock which is good in case someone breaks in. My son slept with one of the kitchen knives. Woke up at 12:30 and 4:30 in the morning from people screaming on Friday night. Road traffic and noise is loud. Better on Thursday night than Friday night.……

“First time in West Hartford. This was the perfect location between downtown and Farmington. Walkable to the wonderful Center and it’s many restaurants. Sparkling clean. Highly recommend. ”
