“The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. The tv setup was different having to use 2 remote controls to navigate it. But the staff was very friendly.”

“Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"”

“Elevator was glacier slow and no breakfast. Pantry was pricey. Room was great, quiet and comfortable.”

“I had a reservation scheduled from May 28 through May 30. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay in the room on the first night (May 28). I understood that I may not have been eligible for a refund for that night, but I attempted to cancel my reservation through Expedia before the cancellation deadline. Expedia informed me that they were reviewing my case and that it could take 24–72 hours for a resolution. During that time, I repeatedly followed up with Expedia and was consistently told that no……
