“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”

“I booked it online based on the price and availability. I booked it a few minutes from pulling in. From the outside, like the pictures online, it seemed okay. Maybe not the nicest but we needed a room as we were traveling. I walked in with our small children and was blown away. It was awful!
