I was surprised when I checked in as I was charged a resort fee for each person staying in the room and a deposit these things were not explained to me when I booked on Expedia I was lead to believe the amount I was quoted was what I was to pay, I won’t believe site pictures as the rooms didn’t match the pictures rooms older than shown. Did find out they are in the process of updating the rooms. My problem mainly is the extra fees weren’t explained when I booked the room.

Our suite was beautiful and huge! We had a good view from our balcony, not spectacular, but good. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, we had plenty of drawer space, closet space and the bathroom counter ran the entire length of the wall. So much room, plus two sinks in the bathroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash from the Spa that is AMAZING. You will really enjoy this resort. There is a Starbucks on site and a Margaritaville steps away. We will be back!
