Not quite paradise
If you are in it for the pool, this is great. The rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired. While we did settle on a partial refund due to air conditioning that did not work, we later found water at one point pouring from the ceiling onto the floor of the lower master closet and black mold above the shelving. There is also paint peeling, a hole and poor repairs in the bathroom next door to it. The bar sink does not work, the griddle on the stove top has no handle, there is paper coming down from the ceiling in a bedroom, there are few screens on the windows and the ones on the one set of doors do not close properly and have a hole in them. The lower deck is rotting around the hot tub (my niece actually stepped through a bed) and steps down to the lower deck are not much better. The photos you see in the add are taken from a distance for a reason.
