“Nicht viel”

“Breakfast was put away and cleaned up before 945 am. I thought this hotel had roll-away beds but they do not. Everything else was great!”

“I booked a spa treatment and it was the best part of my stay. I reserved a handicap room which I was given that had no grab bars. I found out at checkout that I was given a hearing impaired room by mistake but because it was booked by Expedia no offer to make whole. Food excellent, entire staff very friendly...they really help you celebrate special occasions. I will go again but with a few changes in accommodations.”

“Everything was clean. The furniture was quite old and worn down. To my surprise, they didn’t provide hand soap for the bathroom which was unfortunate. Other than that it was a good stay.”

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again in the future. ”

“We stayed at La Banque Hotel for one night, and overall it was just okay. The building has been nicely renovated, and the bathroom was definitely the highlight of our stay—it felt modern, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel didn't quite match that standard. There was a strange smell throughout the building and hallways, and the carpet in our room didn't feel very clean. The beds were also not particularly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also……
