These are all independently owned condos, there is a front desk person on site who’s not able to be of any real assistance due to the fact they are independently owned. The code for the door I was given didn’t work and I had to call someone else for assistance. The room was clean, there was no dirt on the bed or floors, it’s incredibly dated. The pillows were comfortable. There was no hot water in the unit, luke warm at best. There was some movement regarding bugs in the room, small roaches and such. The top of the coffee pot was literally covered in mold, rendering it useless. I was only there 2 days and the pool had a padlock on it on day 2, the only information we got was that the pool was treated and there wasn’t any staff until 2pm to remove the lock. I messaged them directly in real time and never got a reply. I ended up checking out and leaving a whole day early, asked for a partial refund due to the status of the unit. I was never replied to. Save your money. Don’t stay here.

The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. They offered beach chairs and pool noodles for the nice pool. Had the pool to ourselves most times. Loved to be able to walk out and see the sunset every night. The room was nice. Loved having laundry and a full sized fridge. The fridge had some rust and the pull out bed had some kind of sand or something on it, but we just used one of our sheets to cover over it. The staff was very friendly. We loved the location. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. Overall we had a great experience!

Great location, quiet. Unit pretty dark and very dated looking. Had all the amenities I needed.
