"Upon check in we got our keys to our room on the 15th floor went up to the room and the key cards didn’t work, went back down to the desk to get new key cards, went back up to the room upon entry we discovered that the room was already being occupied and guest were inside, went back down to the front desk to inform them and had to get a new room assignment, we went back to the elevators to find out that the elevators weren’t working. I arrived at 7:20 and after going back and forth and the elevator ordeal I didn’t get into my room until almost 8:20. Finally got into out room and the Carpets were heavily stained from wear and tear, no mattress protectors on the mattresses, vents were heavily caked with dust, arms of the chair wear heavily stained from wear and tear, mildew in the bathroom around the shower, the staff was pleasant. The rooms are pretty dated. The water park is nice for children and I thought booking a room here would be convenient but I’d rather stay at another hotel that’s more up to date and just come to the water park. "
