“They were all wonderful staff”

“I liked the decor of The Mulberry. Cute hotel. The room smelled musty and the bathroom had poor ventilation and smelled mildewy. Good customer service, responsive to requests when item was requested. Enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning.”

“Very nice property in the middle of town. Caribbean feel once you walk into the atrium/pool area. Rooms were clean and well kept as was the rest of the property. Super nice staff, showed us to our rooms, told us the hours for the pool and most important...where the ice machine was located. Breakfast was adequate and included a small selection of hot breakfast items, cereals, juice, bagels, English muffins and bread for toast. Some fruits as well. The pool was fantastic with the warm waterfall……

“A really nice surprise among hotels. Other users' good rating of that hotel on various websites are actually reflected in its great state which is not always the case. Really nice breakfast and clean rooms. The only issue we experienced was the bad smell from air-conditioning unit when we arrived, but when we reported it, it was quickly fixed by a personel who replaced a filter or something, and with no issues later.”
