“Room was clean, place is quiet, plenty of parking”

“The room was fine but the breakfast area needs an overhaul- chipped tables and chairs and tape on the booth seats where it had been cut and worn through. The breakfast was mediocre at best and th staff in the breakfast room and the maids couldn’t wait to get off duty.”

“Place was clean, but in a medical facility kind of way. Also, woke up to no hot water. Front desk acknowledged no hot water in the kitchen either. Another said it must be that everyone was using hot water at once. I asked if showers by guests at 7:00 am on a weekday was not something they expected. Asked for a credit and the front desk took my number promising to call back. Never did. Emails unanswered. Seems as though this brand is independently owned and managed. I will stay away in……

“Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good.”
