“Cash was extremely kind and professional at the front desk.”

“Breakfast choices outstanding. Both workers kept the food area clean and food dishes full. Coffee was strong but that is exactly how i like it. A snag happened with 1st room but the kind, sweet young lady put us in a different room immediately and apologized several times. We were upgraded to a king room suite from a queen so we appreciated that. The air smells so clean in the room and hallways. Would like to know how to get that same scent at home. 🙂 pool was clean, a little chilly for me as……

“Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Really good value overall. Note they don’t necessarily provide kitchen amenities even though there’s a kitchen - they expect you to travel with pots and pans I suppose. But this is an issue with the chain in general. Only certain limited locations provide kitchen utensils and pans. Most don’t. Nonetheless, still a nice hotel and a good value. Just a weird business model. ”

“Had lower expectations due to the price. But, this was amazing, especially for the kids. The pool area is fun for ages 10 and below. It was cold in the pool room, but the kids were fine with it, and there is a hot tub. Everything worked. The breakfast was surprisingly good with diverse options. The staff all around were friendly. There is constant free coffee available at the hotel. Sure, it's an older hotel and it shows. But for the value, a no brainer for a deal. Exceeded expectations, would……
