"A great apartment, perfectly situated in beautiful Conil. We will definitely come back again it was that good. All the facilities were good except the safe wasn’t available due to the key being lost but the apartment feels very secure. Parking is easy at the time we went and the position gives easy walking access to two beaches and the town."

"Hope’s apartment is exactly as advertised. It is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace! The location is excellent - near everything that old Cádiz has to offer - and very close to the sea wall and beautiful promenade walk. Communication with the property manager was prompt and accurate."

"The location of this spacious apartment was fantastic. Right in San Antonio Plaza, 20 minutes walk to the beach and very near to all there is in the Old Town. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely character. Main bathroom needs a replacement sink and could do with some storage space for our toiletries. One of the double bedrooms just has a wooden hanging rail with no shelves or drawers to put anything else that doesn't hang. Otherwise a very pleasant stay right near supermarket and...

"Without any notice, he asked for a large deposit in cash despite no advance warning in the listing . At checkout, he asked for additional money to clean the sheets! Never has this happened before. If there is a cleaning fee, it should be in the listing. The place itself is exactly as advertised but we had issues with the remote to get in and out of the property & garage/. Nice place, difficult owner"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Cadiz. The apartment is directly in the beach and has a tapas bar and a gelato stand at the front door. It was approximately 10 minutes to the old town which we visited both days we were there. The stadium is just 2 blocks away and we saw a Cadiz/Barcelona futbol match. The apartment itself is comfortable but tight for 4. However, if you are hanging out in the apartment you are missing out!"

Walking distance to everywhere, only 5 mins from the market which is open late at night for food and drinks, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and 5mi. Walk from the beach. Added bonus of a reception so we could leave the bags after checkout and they rang us a taxi that arrived in 2 mins. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cadiz"
