“I booked this place at the last minute because the VRBO place I had reserved cancelled shortly before my arrival. The room was fairly clean and adequate but the overall property was quite run-down and smelled of stale cigarettes. The pictures show a small bar with what appears to be coffee dispensers and breakfast type snacks available off the lobby area. There was nothing like that and there were no vending machines nor ice machines. The rooms have kitchens but there was no kitchenware at……

“We had a wonderful time in Memphis, our host was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The appartement is the best place you can imagine for your stay in Memphis: nice neighbourhood, near all the sights, lovely old house which is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We hope we will come back soon!”

“Awesome property in a perfect location, especially since we are traveling with our small dog. Great AC!! Loved free parking & walk ability to Main Street & Beale Street. Host provided practical products like laundry soap and plenty of towels. Will definitely stay again if we return to Memphis!”

“This has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful and light and airy but also I just felt at home. I didn't love the parking because I have anxiety with all of that and it was a very tight area but once I was told I could park on the street I felt a lot more comfortable. Excellent host and I would book with them again if they would have me.”

“This was the dirtiest property I have stayed at in a long, long time. The common areas were disgusting. The room was a little cleaner, but not by much. There was one towel in the room, and no more were available at the front. I truly do not understand how the reviews for this place were so good. Do yourself a favor, spend 40 more dollars, and stay somewhere else. Very misleading pictures and reviews.”

“Property is in a safe location. I was worried about the street parking, but it was perfectly safe.”

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”
