“Overall a nice quiet spot. Felt very safe, easy to get to everywhere. My only comments about the apartment was it seemed a little unfinished. Some rugs and a bathmat would tone down the echo. ”

“Everything was great clean and it was located close to downtown. Bed was comfortable apt was clean and cool. I went on a brewery tour while I was in town and was never more than a 10 min uber away. The garage is kinda tight so I would suggest large trucks park in street parking. ”

The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. Its just a block away!”

“This is a lovely location near ballet Memphis, which was my destination and I was able to do the walk easily and safely. The home is simple and well decorated and kept clean. It is well equipped the towels and bed. Linens are nice and the shower is outstanding. I was quite comfortable and found everything in the kitchen I needed. I had a little bit of difficulty with the charging structure, but it was remedied quickly when I pointed out the problems. I will come back again.”

“Not at all a ding on the property, but the ramp got very slippery in the rain and both Ashley and I sort of slipped a bit as we left this morning. I suggest putting down traction strips or similar. ”

“Host was great, very quick to respond to any questions, friendly and all around a pleasure to work with! The unit I booked was listed as available by mistake but the host quickly got me into another unit way before my original check in time for no additional cost. The unit I was in was great and perfect for our stay. Definitely would stay at any of their rentals again! ”
