“The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is……

“We were suppose to stay at this property but were told there were issues and was then ask if we’d like to stay at another property and we agreed to. Let me just say this.. the place was spotless, cozy and just what my husband and I was looking for. If you’re in Memphis check out the location.PsDisregard the awful photos that’s posted … the place is a great home away from home!”

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”
