This hotel captures the grandeur of yesteryear. Absolutely beautiful hotel.
Staff was very helpful. Arrived early but they allowed us to park in lot so we could explore until check in. Clean room with comfortable bed. Wish they had some juice with breakfast. Just coffee or hot tea.
Just as described. Only has a loveseat as the main sitting surface and not a lot of room to sit and relax if you have more that a couple people. Overall a nice play to stay.
We were very pleased with our room and very comfortable bed. It was great to be so close to Beale Street. They were finishing up renovations so not everything was available yet, such as an ice machine on our floor, but we were happy otherwise.
Nice people and decent room no frills but comfy bed and clean facilities
I have never been to Memphis, so I drove down for a few days. I wasn't disappointed in the attractions! It was a lot of fun touring the Civil Rights Museum, STAX records, Graceland, Beale Street, and some other sites. The hotel is perfect for 1-2 people and is located in Midtown, so it is a little ...
Was the perfect home for our family ranging from 19 to 82 yrs old Everyone was comfortable and relaxed. Close to Memphis attractions day trip to Shiloh, Mississippi and Arkansas. We would definitely recommend this home.
I really enjoyed the pool area and the ability to connect a PS4 to the TV in our room! The breakfast was very quaint yet delicious!
Check in and out was a breeze. No problems at all. The Breakfast was fantastic!
Love this house and the location! Wonderful hosts, too. Can’t wait to visit again!
Nice hotel and room. Close to Beale, etc. and friendly staff. Major downside was outside noise. On BB King and lots of cars all night. Had to play music all nite to drown out. Otherwise would recommend.
I am one of those nice people who likes to give 5 stars if the place is at least decent, clean and the host is helpful. This property I would give 10 stars---decorated so nicely-like a model home, beds were super comfy and location was good. Ben was helpful as well. If we were coming back to Memphis ...
Really nice linens. Modern and clean with a professional staff.
The pros: The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the location was within walking distance to many of the sight seeing activities. The roof deck had a great view and there was free computer use and printing available The cons: Housekeeping knocked around 9am, so if you are a late riser I would ...
Hotel & staff were great. Unfortunately parking is valet only or you have to park across the street for a fee in a church lot which fills up on Sunday mornings. I would've enjoyed the valet had I & another guest not have had to wait 30-40 mins late at night for an attendee to appear which prior to ...
Staff was super friendly, and made my short stay very pleasant.
I couldn't have wanted anything more...off street parking, safe environment for woman traveling alone, bottle of wine in the fridge, high quality linens. Would definitely stay again.
Was able to walk to Graceland in less than 5 Minutes and save the parking fee.
Loved this place!! We had 8 in our group. The apartment was clean and there were 3 large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was modern with granite and had everything you need to cook. The closets in the bedrooms were huge and there were two other hall closets and a separate wash room with washer ...
Clean hotel, and comfy bed. Had an issue with my room because I had booked with Expedia, but Tiy at the front desk went out of her way to get me straightened out in a timely manner. Hotel is about a mile from main downtown area so you can walk there. That said, the hotel offers a shuttle that runs ...
