"Water was in the kitchen floor upon arrival from disposal or dishwasher leak possibly. Texted owner. They responded back that they were aware of the leak from previous occupants, apologized, and was told someone would be by to fix it following day. By the end of the week, nobody ever showed. Couldn’t use dishwasher or the kitchen sink. Made due with bathtub and bathroom sinks instead."

"Went on this trip with one of my sons. He’s 24 and we really loved that the Guest House offered so much about Elvis. There was a lot to do at Beale St and I highly recommend the Pink Palace (not much online about it) and the Pyramid was an awesome surprise. We went for Elvis and we both just couldn’t get enough and the Guest House doesn’t disappoint. We were slightly disappointed in staff but the atmosphere, history, theatre and food were extraordinary. The access to Graceland was also awesome....

"My stay at La Quinta Inns & Suites was amazing the hotel/room was very nice clean & comfortable...on was on a business trip however i had 2 bring my kids with me & i was very happy & pleased that the hotel had a swimming pool so my kids was entertained while i handled business...if i every have 2 visit Memphis TN again i will definitely stay here again...also the rate per night was very good & reasonable...the free breakfast & selections of food was good also...ty La Quinta 4 making me & my family stay at ur hotel a great experience...keep up the great work"
