"We were there for 4 nights and they only cleaned the room two times. We did not have a sign on the door to not clean the room. The housekeeper did not speak English so when I asked her a question she had to use her telephone app to answer me."

"The bathrooms could use an update. Regular beds were fine BUT, we had a sofa bed that was the worst!! My skinny little grandson was sleeping on it and he couldn’t do it. Springs sticking out, mattress probably 10 years old, no foam left in it. He opted to sleep on the floor instead. I was so upset but had no other options. DO NOT get a room with a sofa bed if it’s a must that someone sleep on it. Made for a long night and a cranky family."
