I thought the bed was very comfortable and I like that there was a bar on the top floor. I did not like the fact that they did not have a regular coffee pot or that there was no ice bucket in the room and we had to go down to get a bucket and ice. I also really don’t like the situation with checking in. We could not get close up to the door because there were so many other cars trying to get unloaded and the parking situation is either valet or park a couple blocks away and walk. This particular day it was freezing cold. Other than that, I think it is a really pretty hotel and has a lot to offer. One of the chicken girls was pretty grumpy to my daughter when she was checking in. With all that said, I still give it a four star rating.
