“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal.……

“One arrival the welcome and service was a put off. We were taken to our room and on arrival at the door they had two houses keeping carts at the door. On entering the apt we were so dissipointed with what we were getting our $2300 Canadian. We requested a room change which was done with hesitation. We were put in another room however it was a struggle for me as it's three flights up and no elevator. I can't climbing too many flights of stairs so been so tired and stressed took it. House keeping……
