There is someone to greet you, but otherwise it’s an unmanned hotel. You get a code to get in and out, no room keys. The only amenities is a beach chair with your room, you still have to pay for an umbrella, but for the price of the room based off location alone it’s perfect. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach, coffee next door, beautiful dinner and bar 1 space and 2 spaces down. Wir hatten keinen Ausblick, schauten in eine Seitengasse. Dadurch hatten wir das Gefühl kein Fenster zu haben. Überall (auch in den Handtüchern) waren schwarze Haare. Die Wände sind aus Papier. Man hört wirklich (!) jedes (!) Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Was ich aber toll fand, war zum einen die Lage (direkt am Ocean Drive aber ohne die laute Musik der Restaurants) und zum anderen die Strandhandtücher und reservierten Strandliegen (erste Reihe am Meer). Das war wirklich toll! Ein Starbucks ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir liebten es dort am Strand spazieren zu gehen. Auch der große Kühlschrank im Zimmer war toll. Insgesamt würde ich es empfehlen, wenn man zum Ocean Drive / an den Miami Beach möchte. And once 11 AM hits check out day your code doesn’t work anymore. so if you’re waiting for a cab outside and it starts raining, you get to stand in the rain. you cannot get back into the lobby. Everything is new and updated, and the location is great. Near the party spots on Ocean drive, but quiet and out of the way. Near the beach and they offer towels and chairs for free! We had a lot of equipment and luggage to hold ahead of check-in, and they gratiously ticketed and looked over it while my team and I had lunch. Also, there was opportunity for early check-in that allowed for us to quick and timely settling in without issues. The lobby area was large and allowed for my team and our models to meet us in a central location to head out for our productions. It was very convenient.
