The property was nice but the ceiling fans didn’t work could’ve had better choices for breakfast an the air keep shutting off at night so it was pretty uncomfortable an hot,small space but was nice should have gotten a discount for one night since there was no good air conditioning an no microwave

What I loved most about this property is the convenience. A lot of restaurants and bars are walking distance. The beach was right acthe street which is also a plus. The room was average and the property doesnt have a pool. You're pretty much paying for location. My husband

Everything was great. My room needs some preventive maintenance. Shower door needs to be adjusted since stays open, bathroom window is missing some parts to open the plastic curtain, Ceiling fan not working considering high temperature. FD staff can be a little bit friendlier. Bartender and F&B was great.

10/10 highly recommend I was kind unsure if I wanted to stay because of the reviews but I took a chance and it was amazing room was clean , no noise complaints, staff was amazing . I love that they give you beach towels, chairs and bicycles.

I’ve left a week to carry out this review to really think about how I felt about the hotel as I had such high expectations before I arrived. At check in, I found the receptionist to be pretty unwelcoming and this was the case with some members of staff at the hotel. The rooms are basic, the furniture and beds need replacing and the hotel generally needs some investment. Breakfast is available, 4 items to choose from and extras available at cost. I personally think, the choices were limited and also breakfast started at 9am which seems late and we couldn’t always manage it as had plans. The room wasn’t kept that clean and the floor was sandy, shower products empty and bottled water wasn’t placed as expected. The bedding was also in need of a good boil as some stains. I had two rooms and my daughter found a bed bug in her bed (a few spotted). The hotel did move her and waived her amenities fee, but again, I had high hopes for this hotel but it just didn’t deliver in any area at all. From the outside the hotel looks great, but really needs some work internally and staff need to at least pretend they care about the visitors.

The staff was friendly right from the start! Luiz was very kind and helpful at the front desk! We loved how it was on the strip and quiet from cars. It was nice to walk around and people watch!

Staff was great . Hotel was incredible . We had a dog that was bored being alone when we went out and some neighbors complained over and over again but staff handled it well and let us know . Aside from the annoying other patrons who stay in the hotel listening to a dog bark during the day instead of getting out and enjoying the beautiful area it was fine. Management understood and were cool with it . The people who complained should be tarred and feathered though as they make everything too dramatic and ruin it for others
