The staff was very helpful above all concierge. The breakfast is bit confusing…coffee is really terrible but I’m Italian I’m fussy! The complementary transportation with the Lincoln is very useful!

Went to another Sls to check in and it was the wrong hotel. Make sure to be more specific on what Sls it is youe booking as there 2 close to each other

Stayed at the property this past weekend. I was put into a ADA room, which they would not accommodate a room change. The gentleman at the check in was so rude and not friendly. Never even greeted me with a hello or a smile. Get over yourself. He made me feel as if I was a bother to him. Next, I was not able to utilize the pool during my whole stay. I understand MMW is going on, but making hotel guests pay to get into the LAMEST pool party from noon-3pm was ridiculous. I spent $100 on Friday just to sit at the pool to put my feet in. And there was less than 50 people at the pool but yet guests had to pay. What a joke! I get paying to attend the pool party in the evening time but during the day? This should have been disclosed when booking. Next up, it took 2 days to get a few extra towels and have my room cleaned. I had the please clean my room sign on my door and nothing was done for over 48 hours. What kind of service is that? Horrible! I frequent Miami often and will not be staying at SLS Brickell again.
