Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Turnberry Isle Country club and golf course is this well equipped penthouse condo in the hip metro Miami city of Aventura. Just a walk away from the largest Florida shopping center of Aventura Mall containing the best shopping, dining and entertainment. Just a 5 or less minute drive to the beaches of to Gulfstream Park entertainment complex. Or just stay and relax in the resort-like pool, hot tub, or enjoy the other amenities such as the pool-side grill, gym, or lighted tennis courts.

Fully equipped 2 bedroom full 2 bath condo with balcony facing south. Condo has all linens, kitchenware, towels, etc. Two flatscreen TVs, computer setup, high speed wireless internet, and full sized washer and dryer.

NOTE: There is a $100 condo registration fee incurred for access IDs and parking sensor

Everything was great apartment space was great beds were a little hard and second bedroom was a little sparse with furniture and no tv kitchen was great area location was beautiful and the property manager Ian was very helpful I would stay again

Nice place for a getaway
Nice condo unit in a safe and quiet community. The place was generally modern and well furnished. Balcony was nice for sunsets. Should have been clearly advertised that pool and all other amenities are reservation only due to COVID, and those reservations can be tough to get (max 10 people in pool for the entire condo complex). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travelers.
