The front desk clerk informed me that I could extend my checkout by one hour so I could prepare for my trip to the airport. However, shortly after, a housekeeping attendant came to the room and told me I had to leave immediately because the extension was not on her sheet. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional, and the interaction left me extremely disappointed. I also feel that, as a paying guest, I deserved to be treated with courtesy and respect. I paid for my stay, and I expected service that reflects the standards of your resort. Breakfast has variety and tasteful . There was a broken elevator from the main lobby so it was kinda busy at check out hour. Not far AT ALL to get to practically everything Everglades plus you’re 10 min away from restaurants, shopping etc. The daily breakfast buffet was better than we’ve ever seen in our travels and we found all of the amenities to be great. We did book a room that had a refrigerator & microwave so no problem there. Some language barriers with staff (mostly all were “only” Spanish speaking) but otherwise we had an awesome time!!!
