“We stayed here in three rooms for the night and overall the rooms and the location were very nice, especially for the price. Unfortunately, when we went to check in about 5:00 p.m. they were just facing a lot of challenges. One of our rooms we showed up to hadn't been cleaned at all, one room was perfect and the final room we couldn't get into key wasn't programmed right or something. We decided to go to dinner and come back and hoped everything was fixed except one of the rooms we went back to……

“Actually was quiet. Close location to restaurants and bars. Very simple room. No refrigerator. Lobby was very smelly.”

“We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch. Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters, and Harbour Suites exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making the rest of our stay so……

“It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.”
