Was just one night but loved the room and the breakfast was outstanding

Best hotel ever

Room was very nice. Our grandson didn’t want to leave the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. Close to MAPS museum and Hartville market.

My (picky) daughter and I were both very satisfied with our stay at this Best Western. Whenever I try something new and budget friendly, she gets nervous about the location and/or cleanliness. We will both stay here again when visiting my eldest daughter.

Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking garage and our ticket wouldn’t work. Fortunately the head of the garage was pulling in when we were having trouble and told the guy on duty to let us out. Coming back from our event that evening we couldn’t get into the garage and are going to dispute the charges with the front desk.

I was traveling to Canton for an event and the host hotel was sold out. I went online and read the reviews for other hotels and Springhill Suites had great reviews. It was the perfect choice. Very close to the airport, but also within walking distance of tons of great shopping. This would be a great hotel for families as they have washers/dryers available and free breakfast. The kids at the table next to us were having a blast making waffles.

Staff was great! Good breakfast, definitely would stay here again.

The service was great

The jetted tub room is excellent!! The bed & shower was excellent. The lack of tv channels and no microwave in the room were the only issues I had but are very minor issues.

Good Staff/Clean Rooms We stayed here on Dec 30, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff on check-in and the evening staff were friendly. They offered advice on local restaurants. The location is located close to many restaurants and shopping (Belden Village Mall among many others). It is also convenient to the highway. I liked the cleanliness, the staff's pleasant and hospitable attitude and generally pleasant atmosphere. I love that my pet was welcomed and this made my trip so much easier. What I did not care for was the obvious dismissive attitude some guests must employ about cleaning up after their own pets. What a sad state of mind when provided with such a comfortable and safe envoronment for myself and my pet.

Stayed two nights. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Used the gym and protocol was excellent. You had to sign up for a certain time, limited to 2 and gym and equipment were clean and staff brought extra wipes if we needed them. Hotel was under renovation, but area we stayed in was great. All staff wearing masks and supporting social distancing. Good job Holiday Inn!
